This Privacy Policy explains how the app developer Andregal ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Pool Billiards offline (the "App"). The App is an Android game monetized through advertising.

We do not require user registration, and the App does not ask you to provide identity information such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, to fund development, the App integrates the Google AdMob SDK. Through this SDK, certain device and usage data is automatically collected and shared with Google:

Device & Advertising Identifiers: such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID).
Device Technical Info: browser type/settings, device model, operating system, and mobile network information.
Location Data: Your general geographic area inferred from your IP address.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, ad impressions, and ad clicks.

If you choose to allow personalized ads, third-party ad networks may use advertising identifiers and usage data to tailor ads.
If you decline personalized ads, ads may be served in a less personalized manner using contextual signals and non-personalized techniques.

5. User Choices and Opt-Outs

You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings:

Android: Settings > Privacy (or Privacy & Security) > Ads (wording varies by device version). You may enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" and/or "Delete advertising ID".

6. Data Retention & Security

We do not store advertising identifiers on our own personal servers. Third-party ad networks may retain advertising identifiers or ad-related usage data and use it according to their own privacy policies and retention practices.

We use standard security safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the services involved.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information or advertising identifiers from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

8. International User Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, Switzerland or UK, you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as: access, deletion, and portability, where applicable.

Some of the data processed in this App may be controlled by third-party ad providers. You may be able to exercise rights directly through those providers, including by using your device advertising settings.
